The IC-DPR7S PLUS is a digital simple radio registration station (new wave compatible product) manufactured by Icom. The supported channels increase by 52 channels in addition to the existing 30 channels of digital simple radio, compatible with the new wave. Furthermore, the upper channel count increases from 5 channels to 10 channels compatible with the new wave, totaling 15 channels. *The upper channels are receive-only. This product features two additional sub PTTs compared to the conventional IC-DPR7, allowing users to select a call partner (up to 3 people) with a single touch through the sub-channel PTT function. It enables advanced communication in various scenes, not only for business applications such as hotels, shopping malls, security, and construction, but also for activities in local governments and leisure. With a high output of 5W, it covers a wide area. The top-class 1000mW loudspeaker for digital simple radios allows for clear sound even amidst the noise of events or construction. It has an IP67/66/55/54 dustproof and waterproof performance, making it safe to use in rain or dusty conditions. ● This is a radio with high durability performance compliant with the MIL standard (MIL-STD-810G) established by the U.S. Department of Defense. ● Two side keys are located just below the PTT button. You can assign frequently used functions to these keys, allowing easy access to various functions with long/short presses. ● It comes standard with the intelligent battery BP-290, which supports battery level and health status display, making it easy to check the battery's lifespan. ● When operating the radio with batteries BP-290/BP-294, charging can be done using the separately sold charger BC-225 or the included 6-slot rapid charger BC-226. The radio features an automatic recharging function that starts when the fully charged battery experiences a voltage drop due to natural discharge. ● The manufacturer's free warranty period is three years. ● The battery level at which recharging begins is proportional to the current maximum battery capacity.
