Aluminum A5052 45mm × φ605 fan-shaped equal division cut processing
The surface shows some peeling of the protective sheet at the initial penetration point, but the backside can be cut with almost no peeling. The aluminum thick plate is cut using a water jet. Although it is thin, aluminum tends to easily form a natural oxide film when exposed to air, so after a certain amount of prolonged processing, it becomes soaked in water. Therefore, we want to protect as much as possible, except for the cut surface where the base material appears. Of course, with the dynamic water jet, the cutting head is automatically tilted to eliminate taper, reducing water flow delay and taper, allowing for high-precision cutting.
