A composite oxide-based filler with high thermal conductivity and low mechanical wear resistance at the conventional alumina ratio.
The Dipyroxide #7300 series is an alumina-based composite oxide powder (thermal conductive filler) developed by applying our synthetic technology for composite oxide pigments. By combining alumina with a small amount of several metal oxides, it has a higher thermal conductivity compared to alumina. Additionally, its rounded shape and low hardness reduce wear on molds, molding machines, pumps, and blades or drills used during the processing of molded products, contributing to longer equipment lifespan and prevention of contamination.

basic information
【Features】 - Excellent insulation, water resistance, and chemical resistance, with a good overall balance. - Compared to alumina, it has high thermal conductivity, low hardness, and high thermal radiation (emissivity), making it effective in various applications. - Combining with flaky particles such as boron nitride can also enhance thermal conductivity. - By changing the combinations of metal oxides, it is possible to design even lower hardness products and colored items.

Everywhere in the world, spaces and objects are adorned with color. Dai Nippon Toryo not only provides pigments that serve as the basis for "color," but also offers a range of "products" tailored to coloring needs, including colorants, inks, coatings, and pigment dispersions. Furthermore, Dai Nippon Toryo is highly regarded for its development capabilities in functional materials and synthetic resins, which are often said to be "convenient if such materials are available!"
