■A new structure for facilities that replaces concrete-based materials This structure, primarily made of aluminum, achieves lightweight design and long lifespan. It is resistant to rust and, due to its light weight, excels in earthquake resistance. It is also possible to enhance durability by changing the outer panels and door structures to stainless steel specifications. ■Strong against corrosion (rust) and suitable for installation in coastal areas Since aluminum materials are used for the roof and walls, including the doors, it has excellent corrosion resistance. For painting, urethane resin coating is used for general areas, while fluororesin coating is applied for salt damage areas. In addition to finishes like painting and plating, we consider the material properties of the materials used and can manufacture specifications tailored to the environment, such as salt damage countermeasures. ■High strength and excellent waterproofing The wind pressure resistance of the walls is 2352 N/m² (square meter). The waterproof performance meets JIS protection grade 4 for splash-proof types. To ensure safe use even in coastal areas with strong wind and rain, we design the strength according to the wind speed at the installation site (basic wind speed). Additionally, it features excellent snow load resistance and earthquake performance, protecting observation equipment from various natural environments.
