Annual electricity cost reduction of approximately 4.83 million yen! Case study of implementation in a printing factory.
Smartly reduce energy costs! Cut power consumption by 15-20%.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of ESCO-ONE at a printing factory. In the case from Saitama Prefecture, it was implemented for 61 air conditioning systems, resulting in an annual reduction of 215,707 kWh in electricity consumption and a reduction of 115 kW in contracted power (maximum demand). This translates to a savings effect of approximately 4,830,000 yen in electricity costs. Additionally, at a printing company in Kyoto Prefecture, it was implemented for 15 air conditioning systems, achieving an annual reduction of 27,918 kWh in electricity consumption, a reduction of 29 kW in contracted power (maximum demand), and a savings effect of approximately 824,000 yen in electricity costs. [Case Overview] ■ Printing Company (Niigata Prefecture) - Implemented for 23 air conditioning systems - Annual reduction of 108,466 kWh in electricity consumption - Reduction of 30 kW in contracted power (maximum demand) - Savings effect of approximately 1,920,000 yen in electricity costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Smart cost reduction for energy. Reduce power consumption of air conditioning and refrigeration units by 15% to 20%. Visualize electricity usage and ensure planned energy savings. Contribute to CO2 reduction and the SDGs. 'ESCO-ONE' is an energy-saving control device tailored for individual compressors. By monitoring the operational status of compressors in commercial air conditioners and refrigeration units, it helps reduce power consumption while maintaining comfort in facilities without causing environmental changes, through energy-saving control at optimal timing.
