This is an invitation to an online seminar aimed at those who are using 2D CAD and are wondering what changes would occur if they incorporated 3D design.
In recent years, overseas companies have achieved remarkable growth, and as you may know, global competition has intensified. Along with this, design tools have also undergone changes. While it may be possible to design without any issues in 2D, there are several problems that may arise from relying solely on 2D design: 1. It is difficult to accurately and quickly convey complex conceptual drawings and information about parts in two dimensions. 2. Due to the difficulty in detecting issues such as interference, rework occurs, leading to delays in delivery. 3. The process of creating and rewriting drawings becomes time-consuming with each trial and error in design. However, many may feel anxious about whether the transition from 2D design to 3D design can be smooth. In this seminar, we will cover: 1. The benefits of transitioning to 3D 2. Intuitive 3D modeling with a 2D mindset 3. Prevention of simple mistakes that occurred in 2D 4. Things that are difficult in 2D become easy in 3D 5. Improving design quality by effectively utilizing both 2D and 3D We will showcase a demonstration of 3D modeling that leverages existing 2D drawing assets, introducing a "seamless transition to 3D" that takes advantage of the strengths of both 2D and 3D.

Humans have always opened up new horizons by using tools. This began with small stones scattered on the ground and branches from trees, eventually evolving into a diverse range of developments that became the foundation of today's civilization. The new tool of modern times is, of course, IT. However, to effectively utilize convenient IT as a tool, deep wisdom and skills are required. Design creation aims to make IT a tool for 'manufacturing' that anyone can use, and we will continue to develop all the necessary functions for future 'manufacturing', from CAD/CAM to internet collaboration, while providing ongoing support for effective utilization, in order to become a new force that opens the 21st century.
