Introducing a case where a rough cast surface was finished to a smooth and flat result.
In the painting of aluminum cast products, we received a request to make the unique surface irregularities of the casting a bit flatter. Here, we introduce a case where a "primer surfacer" was applied. It seems that the painting contractor we are currently collaborating with was also consulted, but they said it would be difficult to improve it further, which left us in a bind. We applied our high-adhesion paint for aluminum castings, followed by putty treatment to flatten the casting surface, achieving a smooth finish that met the customer's desired price and quality level.
