We would like to introduce a case study on the effectiveness of our water treatment device, the "Scale Watcher." At a certain thermal power plant, during the regular maintenance period in May and June each year, they performed tasks such as scraping off hard scale adhered to the walls, floors, and beams of the desulfurization tower using hammers and metal scrapers, in addition to high-pressure washing. However, due to the thick and stubborn scale, they had to replace 3,000 to 4,000 grit pieces with new ones, and all grit pieces with significant scale buildup were treated as industrial waste. After the introduction of our product, only a few dozen grit pieces needed to be replaced after one year, resulting in a significant reduction in replacement costs.
