In grating, forklifts often have a smaller tire contact area than 25-ton large vehicles, which can lead to more severe load conditions, especially in areas with frequent steering changes where the main components of the grating may collapse, causing difficulties in product selection. The load conditions suitable for counterbalance forklifts (reach trucks are not applicable) are set according to our standards, and we have standardized products with checker plates (chequered plates) attached to the top surface of the grating. By attaching the checker plate, there is no concern about the collapse of the main components of the grating, allowing for safe use even in harsh traffic environments such as factories and logistics warehouses. - As an option, handle hole processing and recessed handles are available. Please use one out of every ten as a cover for opening and closing. - The applicable load is set with an impact coefficient (i) of 0.4 for both cross ditches and side ditches.
