Achieving pipe wall thinning monitoring in confined and high-temperature areas with a thin sensor that has heat resistance.
The "PU-ST-00" is a piping wall thickness monitoring system that enables edge sensing in high-temperature areas, confined spaces, and hard-to-access parts within the factory, facilitating the construction of digital twins, anomaly detection and prediction, as well as optimization of maintenance and production. It simultaneously uses 8 ultrasonic sensors and an 8-channel pulser module. By functioning as an ultrasonic transducer that measures corrosion and wear wall thickness in factory piping, it measures the thickness of the piping from the ultrasonic reflection time. 【Features】 ■ Can be installed without measuring thickness by closely adhering to the piping ■ Capable of permanent installation and measurement during operation on high-temperature piping ■ Can be installed in confined spaces, such as under insulation materials *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company is guided by the principle of "Sensible Sensing," aiming to provide high-quality and diverse sensors as measurement systems that meet the needs of the times, thereby striving for a more convenient and safer world. The sensors we have uniquely developed are film-type piezoelectric sensors characterized by heat resistance, flexibility, and thinness. By installing sensors in hard-to-reach areas such as high-temperature environments, curved surfaces, and narrow spaces, and monitoring them with a monitoring system, we can prevent accidents and ensure safety in areas where regular monitoring was previously unattainable, thus enhancing convenience.
