No need to secure pipe slope, making long-distance drainage possible! (Inside a certain station)
**Example of Renovation at a Certain Station (Kanagawa Prefecture)** (1) Requirements We want to remove the standalone treatment septic tanks that process wastewater from two facilities within the station and discharge directly into the public sewer. (2) Specific Reasons for Hindrance to Requirements The inflow pipe to the standalone treatment septic tank is too low, making it impossible to secure the necessary slope for discharging into the public sewer located about 150 meters away. Additionally, redoing the outdoor piping would require extensive earthworks, resulting in high construction costs. (3) Specific Design We adopted the SVD system and implemented above-ground piping without any earthworks, except for the detection chamber. ▼ Vacuum Unit - System Decision Considering cost-effectiveness and installation location, we chose the I-2 type. - Installation Location Decision Outdoor installation close to the public sewer. ▼ Vacuum Pipeline - Route Decision Piping laid above ground along the boundary fence of the property. - Vacuum Tube Consideration Since uneven piping was anticipated, it was planned independently from the vacuum unit. ▼ Detection Chamber - Installation Location Decision Installed in the space after the removal of each facility's standalone treatment tank. - Capacity Consideration To ensure a wastewater inflow of 100 liters during a system downtime of approximately 2 minutes, a height of 0.5 meters was secured between the suction water level and the alarm water level.

basic information
As a vacuum collection tank for the Silent Vacuum Drainage System, we have prototyped five types. The continuous suction type systems include: - The "1500 model (C-1)" which has two vacuum collection tanks, each independently constructing a system and performing automatic alternating operation. - The "800 model (C-2)" which performs suction in the auxiliary collection tank while the main collection tank is discharging. - The "80-special model (C-3)" which installs collection tanks vertically, allowing the upper tank to suction while the lower tank discharges. The non-continuous suction type systems include: - The "750 model (I-1)" which stores a volume of drainage considering a margin when the drainage load can be predicted and the usage time is limited, forcibly discharging the stored drainage at a certain time to prepare for suction the next day. - The "250 model (I-2)" which is a spontaneous type. In November 2018, we established the Silent Vacuum Drainage System Consortium to focus on education and public relations.

Adoption Cases - A certain high school... adopted the "800 type (C-2)." They want to renovate the men's restroom on the first floor. - A certain station building... adopted the "750 type (I-2)." They want to manage the drainage from the station office, platform shop, and restaurant, but there were no drainage pipes nearby. - Inside a certain station... adopted the "750 type (I-2)." They want to remove the individual treatment septic tanks that handle wastewater from two facilities within the station and discharge directly into the public sewer system. Additionally, there are many other achievements.
