We would like to introduce a case study of the Musashino Food Center, which primarily provides catering for kindergartens, school lunches, and company cafeterias, as well as bento catering. In the beginning, the company purchased thermometers and installed them in various locations to check temperatures. However, going around to check each thermometer every day took a lot of time, and digitizing that data was a cumbersome task.
