The "parent-child filler" consists of two steel components of different sizes, each with an eccentric hole. By using this in the base of steel columns, there is no need for corrective measures such as "straightening the anchor bolts" or "enlarging the base plate holes," allowing for the installation of steel columns with precision without damaging the important building components, which are the anchor bolts and base plates.
