In sealing operations, there are methods that use glue on the flap part and those that use tape such as cellophane tape. 1. When sealing with glue for products of a certain thickness: If the flap part shifts even slightly from the main body of the bag, the glue may protrude from the bag and stick to other products. 2. When sealing with cellophane tape for products of a certain thickness: If the tape is not applied all the way to the edges, it may peel up, resulting in an unsightly appearance. (Applying tape to the edges increases the width of tape used and makes it more cumbersome to remove.) The solution to the above issues is "corner cutting processing."
