[Case Studies on Transparent Masks] The Struggles of Serving Customers While Wearing Masks

A bright expression is essential for good customer service! Masks that minimize the spread of droplets and aerosols.

We conducted a survey on "transparent masks and customer service" targeting men and women in their 20s to 60s nationwide, who regularly engage in face-to-face (offline) customer service. When we asked, "What do you think about providing customer service while wearing a transparent mask?" we found that many people have concerns about the droplet prevention effectiveness.
