We would like to introduce a case of installing a mesh-type garbage storage area during renovation work on a condominium in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. Previously, garbage was haphazardly piled up and covered with a net. While this prevented crows and cats from rummaging through the trash, it made preventing littering difficult. We enclosed the garbage collection area with mesh. The structure utilizes the building's walls, with beams and fittings anchored to the wall surface to support the mesh. We also took care to ensure that the swinging door does not obstruct the sidewalk when opened or closed.
