When cutting knurling tools cannot be used, there are rolling knurling tools available.
We receive inquiries every day from customers looking for knurling tools. A common question is whether cutting or rolling is better. We primarily recommend cutting, as it provides a nice finish and is relatively easy to set up. However, there are workpieces where cutting knurling tools cannot be used. In such cases, we recommend rolling knurling tools. Rolling knurling tools can handle knurling on the intermediate sections of workpieces and processing at step edges, which is difficult with cutting knurling tools. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
