On May 31, 2022, the Labor Safety and Health Regulations were amended and promulgated, establishing a requirement for a 30-year retention of work records, etc., for workers engaged in the manufacture and handling of substances designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare as "carcinogenic." This regulation came into effect on April 1, 2023. In response to previous concerns regarding the potential inclusion of carcinogenic substances in dust prevention agents, we would like to inform you through this document that our "Bio Green Shield" does not contain any carcinogenic substances. We will also provide further information if additional substances are added due to future amendments to the notification. We appreciate your continued support and patronage.
