We have added a gear head type that integrates an adapter for attaching a servo motor to the precision control reduction gear Flex Wave!
The precision control reduction gear "FLEXWAVE," which has achieved cumulative shipments of 1 million units. It is a reduction gear developed for industrial robots and machine tools that require high precision, lightweight, and compact design. The conventional FLEXWAVE was primarily designed to be integrated into robots, so it was often sold as individual parts or assembly components, requiring users to prepare additional parts to attach it to commercially available servo motors. The FLEXWAVE gear head type now comes with a servo motor mounting adapter, allowing it to be directly attached to servo motors of any size without the need for customers to prepare additional parts. *As of April 1, 2023, "Nidec Shimpo Corporation" has changed its name to "Nidec Drive Technology Corporation."
