This course, which has a history and tradition, was launched by Kanagawa Prefecture in 1952 and is now in its 72nd term. The instructors are composed of experts active in various fields, including university professors, and the course has a proven track record of trust and success, having received many participants from numerous companies, unions, and workers over the years. The curriculum covers three areas: labor law, human resource management, and social security, and is designed to provide practical knowledge about labor in light of the historical context and social conditions. The aim is to improve the ability to independently resolve labor issues, enhance the labor (employment) environment, and contribute to the realization of healthier organizational management through the organization and updating of knowledge. To accommodate diverse working styles such as remote work and telecommuting, the course will be held as a Zoom live and on-demand course. On-demand distribution allows for repeated learning "anytime, anywhere" without restrictions on time or location from the specified date of your choice. ★ Participants who attend 70% (21 sessions) or more of the lectures will receive a [Certificate of Completion] issued in the name of the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture. *The certificate is highly regarded as proof of acquiring fundamental knowledge in labor law, human resource management, and social security.

[About the Course Format] Due to various circumstances, there will be lectures available only on demand. In this case, they will be distributed sequentially on the scheduled dates. *The web course consists of recorded lectures that can be attended (viewed) online. You can watch (study) repeatedly during the viewing period. [Lecture Schedule] July 6, 2023 (Thursday) to November 14, 2023 (Tuesday) ■ Zoom Live Lectures: 18:30 to 20:40 (including break and Q&A time) ■ On-Demand Distribution: Available from July 8, 2023, until the end of August 2024. From July 8, you can start viewing for five months from your desired start date (available from the day after the live lecture). [Application Period] Until the end of March 2024 *Early Application Benefit: Those who apply by the day before the course starts will receive a one-month extension of the viewing period for free. *Viewing is also possible after March 31. [Makeup (Cancellation) System] (Free): A system that allows for cancellations (makeups) for up to two months on a monthly basis. [Extension System] (Paid): Extensions can be made on a monthly basis. Fees: 1 month (10,000 yen), 2 months (15,000 yen), 3 months (20,000 yen).
