The AP-9600 (AP9600) is a wireless access point manufactured by Icom. It is used to connect Icom WLAN transceivers IP100H (discontinued), IP110H, and remote communicator IP100FS to a network via wireless LAN. Compared to the previous model AP-9500#01, it has the following advantages: - Compliance with Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE802.11ax) enables ultra-fast communication at 2.4Gbps. - Supports the robust security standard WPA3. The latest Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE802.11ax) standard allows for ultra-fast communication at 2402Mbps (theoretical value at 80MHz). It supports dual-band with 20 channels in the 5GHz band (W52/W53/W56) and 13 channels in the 2.4GHz band. The 5GHz band includes channel 144, allowing for smooth communication by avoiding congested channels and enabling interference-free communication. *According to radio wave regulations, W52/W53 channels can only be used indoors, while W56 channels can be used outdoors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
