RFID: Use Case - Reducing Stockouts in Product Discovery (Store)

At Baroque Japan Limited, efforts were being spent on product searches during inventory, when asked by customers, and when stock could not be found. Additionally, there were challenges with the inventory numbers in the warehouse and stores not matching the system, leading to missed sales opportunities when products that should have been available could not be located. As a solution, we implemented radar search to quickly locate target products and prevent stockouts. The product searches that relied on the experience and intuition of veteran staff can now be performed by any staff member.
