[DXMini Use Case] Realizing Visualization of Production Challenges

Link accumulated data to BI tools! Utilize it for analyzing discrepancies between plans and actual results, as well as the number and reasons for defective products.

We would like to introduce a case study of the business improvement service 'DXMini' utilized in the manufacturing industry, where there were challenges such as production plans and actual results not being digitized, making it difficult to identify issues. After implementation, data recording became easier with the start/stop button and work time input through barcode scanning, achieving improved operational efficiency. The accumulated data was linked to BI tools, which were used to analyze the discrepancies between plans and actual results, as well as the number and reasons for defective products, successfully visualizing production challenges.
