Collection method of the GP center, lineup according to target processing water quality! Egg washing wastewater BOD treatment unit.
The "FGR" is an industrial wastewater treatment unit using a carrier fluid flow method (reductant addition type). We offer a lineup tailored to the collection methods of the GP center (inline and offline) and the target treatment water quality (standard and advanced). It can be discharged into public water bodies. Please feel free to contact us when needed. 【Features】 〈Inline Method〉 ■ It is installed alongside the chicken coop, with an egg washing and packing facility, allowing eggs to be transported directly from the coop to the GP center via conveyor. ■ There is a mixture of chicken manure and feathers, resulting in a relatively high concentration of wastewater. 〈Offline Method〉 ■ The egg washing and packing facility is located separately from the chicken coop, and after primary washing on the farm, the eggs are transported to the GP center by means such as trucks. ■ The concentration of wastewater is lower compared to the inline method. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
