[Construction Example 10] Renovation of a Traditional House - Floor Heating (Hot Water Type, Embedded Method)
While preserving the charm of the good old days, we also achieve comfort! We propose floor heating combined with a kerosene boiler heat source.
Here are some examples of the installation of floor heating (water-based, embedded method). During a large-scale renovation of a traditional farmhouse, we received a request to maintain its old charm while also achieving comfort. We proposed floor heating by embedding cross-linked polyethylene pipes in the concrete floor and combining them with an oil boiler as the heat source. To reduce the heating load, we laid insulation material on the upper sub-base before heating, and meticulously sealed the gaps around the foundation before finishing the installation. 【Project Overview】 ■ Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture ■ Oil Boiler ■ 47m2 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
