[Data] Measurement Method for Particle Size of Barium Titanate Microparticles in the Submicron Range
Discussion on the measurement methods of particle size using laser diffraction/scattering and dynamic light scattering techniques!
This document proposes a suitable particle size evaluation method for micronized barium titanate based on the results of particle size distribution measurements conducted using two techniques: laser diffraction/scattering method and dynamic light scattering method. With the miniaturization and high performance of information and communication devices, the miniaturization of electronic materials is actively being promoted. Barium titanate, one of the representative electronic powder materials used in multilayer ceramic capacitors, is being micronized from the submicron to the nanoscale. In the research and development and quality control of powder materials, managing particle size in the fine particle range is a challenge, and selecting appropriate measurement methods is particularly important.
