To the Sakai City Hospital Organization, Sakai City Comprehensive Medical Center, We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the business chat application 'InCircle.' The hospital has been exploring a system for information dissemination during emergencies, utilizing groupware, intercoms, and internal broadcasting. However, it felt that there was room for improvement in terms of simultaneous communication to stakeholders and accurate information sharing with all these tools. After the implementation, a wide range of communication networks has been established, from information sharing among hospital staff to daily interactions. It has become possible to quickly share information regarding the progress of recovery during system troubles and temporary operations through the mass notification feature.
