The structure of the gasification heat utilization device consists of two parts: the "gasification chamber," which converts the input waste into combustible gas, and the "combustion chamber," where the gas sent from the gasification chamber is burned. Gasification Chamber: After loading the waste, a portion is ignited, and the combustion heat is used to dry and thermally decompose the other waste, converting it into combustible gas. Combustion Chamber: The gas converted in the gasification chamber is sent to the combustion chamber, mixed with air, ignited by a burner, and burned. Low melting point metals are introduced into this combustion chamber. By converting most waste into gas, efficient complete combustion treatment becomes possible without emitting smoke or odors, and harmful substances such as dioxins and pathogens can be decomposed and eradicated. Since there is no need to stir the furnace during operation, there is no concern about fly ash escaping from the chimney.
