We provide a complete system that includes industrial inkjet printers and inspection machines for printed characters, along with peripheral equipment. <Features of Industrial Inkjet Printers> We employ an "automatic nozzle capping mechanism" as a method to prevent ink solidification. This mechanism reduces solvent consumption by eliminating the need to replace the ink in the head with solvent after operation, and there is no concern about ink dilution when resuming operation. - You can start printing immediately after operation begins. - No nozzle cleaning is required, saving solvent. - To prevent ink solidification during long periods of inactivity, we also equip an "interval mechanism" that circulates ink at regular intervals.
