We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a customer to improve the cart so that the gas cylinder does not fall while moving a liquid-filled cylinder on a cart to the storage shelf from the site. After discussing with the customer, we proposed adding rollers to the cart and storage shelf to eliminate the need for two people to lift it. Later, we revisited the site with the processing contractor and suggested installing a frame and safety bar on the cart to prevent falling.
