Introducing radial forging equipment! We will contribute to your solutions with specification proposals.
We will introduce the differences between swaging and radial forging. Swaging is a processing method that reduces round bars or circular pipes to a desired diameter, also known as rotary cold forging. Radial forging is a processing method that applies force from the radial direction of a hollow shaft using a hammer (die) to induce plastic deformation. At Tsuzuki Seisakusho, we have introduced radial forging equipment to address our customers' challenges. **Features of Radial Forging** - Forging is possible even for thick shafts or shaft shapes with flanges. - Partial warm processing allows for increasing thickness (upsetting) only at the ends. - Areas requiring precision, such as inner diameter splines, can be forged cold. - There is no need to arrange multiple pieces of equipment as with swaging. - Setup time is minimal, and it can accommodate multiple models. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*

basic information
**Differences Between Swaging and Radial Forging** **Swaging** - Tool Position: Tool adjustment range is small, and mechanical setup is required each time. - Multi-stage Processing: In the case of multi-stage processing, multiple machines are arranged for processing. - Depending on the shape being processed, three steps may be necessary. **Radial Forging** - Tool Position: Tool position adjustment is controlled by NC (Numerical Control). - Multi-stage Processing: Due to the long stroke, multi-stage processing can be done with a single machine. - Basically possible in one step. - The die is compact, allowing setup in just a few minutes. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*

If you are troubled by the following issues: 1. Wanting to integrate multiple components into one 2. Wanting to stop total machining of expensive materials and difficult-to-cut materials 3. Wanting to produce small quantity parts at low mold costs Please feel free to consult with us. At Tsuzuki Manufacturing, we are engaged in the machining of automotive suspension parts, manufacturing various hydraulic equipment for construction machinery, and since 2017, we have also been machining aerospace components. While building on the technology we have accumulated over many years, we introduced a forging machine called "Radial Forging" in 2019, taking steps to expand into new machining areas. We aim to realize a more efficient and rational production environment and continue to grow in response to changes in the times.
