Introduction of UFB into cooling water! A case where the drainage outlet at the bottom of the tank is clearly visible.
We would like to introduce a case where Shibata Engine was implemented in a chiller (cooling water circulation device) for a plastic and glass surface processing manufacturer. An additional circulation line was installed, and UFB was introduced into the cooling water. The chiller tank capacity was 160L, and the water pressure for UFB introduction was 0.4MPa. As a result, the detachment effect of dirt and the suppression of biofilm were achieved, significantly reducing the downtime due to clogging in the cooling line and the time required for cleaning. [Case Overview] ■ Client: Plastic and Glass Surface Processing Manufacturer ■ Effects - Achieved the detachment effect of dirt and suppression of biofilm - Significantly reduced the downtime due to clogging in the cooling line and the time required for cleaning *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Ultrafine bubbles (UFB)" are utilized in various fields such as agriculture, fisheries, home appliances, medical care, various industries, and energy-related industries. "Fine bubbles" are classified into two types based on bubble size: micro-sized "microbubbles (Micro-Bubble: MB)" and nano-sized "ultrafine bubbles (Ultrafine-Bubble: UFB)" (previously referred to as "nanobubbles"). These bubbles not only differ in size but also possess various characteristics that are distinct from the millimeter-sized bubbles (millibubbles) commonly seen. Our developed UFB generation device, "Shibata Engine," adopted by major home appliance manufacturers, produces ultra-fine bubbles with a central diameter of 100 nm at high concentrations using a single pass at tap water pressure. It is supplied to various industries, including home appliances, showerheads, and cleaning devices, as well as agriculture and food processing. [Features] - Can be integrated into existing products, equipment, and piping, and can also be utilized as components. - Capable of producing functional water such as ozone, oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen through gas-liquid mixing. - Compact and lightweight, making it suitable for use as components in home appliances, various pumps, water supply systems, showers, etc. - Customizable according to pressure and flow rate.
