By combining Imada's load measuring devices and jigs, it is possible to conduct puncture resistance tests on vials that partially comply with ISO standards. For details on the products used in the measurements, please refer to the information at the end of this page or the video release page. 【Features】 ■ The use of a force gauge allows for quantification of resistance values. ■ High-speed sampling at 2000Hz enables accurate peak resistance values to be obtained. ■ The needle base can be directly connected to the force gauge (load measuring device), eliminating the need to remove the needle tube. ■ Vials can be securely fixed to the measurement stand, allowing for stable testing. ■ Software can be used to create time-load graphs. ■ Measurements can be conducted that partially comply with ISO standards. *If you wish to measure the relationship between load and displacement, please consult us as the combination of products will differ. *By changing the specifications of the jigs and stands, tests that partially comply with ISO 7864:2016 can also be achieved. Please make use of this for quality evaluation and quality control of rubber stoppers and injection needles for vials.
