Basic Knowledge of Plastics: Uses of PE

Used for stretch film and wire insulation! Introducing various applications of polyethylene.

As basic knowledge of plastics, we will introduce the uses of "PE." One of the most common uses is "film." Many of the various films around us are made with "PE." "LDPE" is used in processed paper for detergent containers and waterproof paper bags. "HDPE" is used for chemical storage bottles and kerosene cans, while "ultra-high molecular weight PE" is used in gears and sprockets. 【Uses (partial)】 <Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE)> ■ Stretch film, food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, agricultural use, cosmetic packaging, etc. ■ Processed paper for milk cartons, detergent containers, waterproof paper bags, etc. ■ Wire insulation for high-voltage power lines, telephone lines, communication cables, etc. ■ Hose pipes ■ Soft small bottles, mayonnaise containers, cosmetic containers *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
