At Sugimatsu Sangyo Co., Ltd., we have a strong desire to reduce the burden on individual workers and eliminate the "3K" (hard, dirty, dangerous) conditions in the manufacturing site. Since 2014, we have been promoting automation through the introduction of robots in some processes. To further enhance productivity, we believe that an optimal layout within the factory, including molding machines, is necessary, and we have introduced 'FlexSim'. Previously, layout considerations and changes took three months, but now they can be completed in seven days. This allows us to respond quickly, accurately, and efficiently in line with our customers' timing.
