In the municipalities that support the foundation of our lives, paper-based procedures and applications have been the mainstream until now. However, due to virus countermeasures and the establishment of the Digital Agency, the environment has changed significantly in the past year or two, and efforts are being made to promote municipal DX, including the expansion of electronic application acceptance. NTT Data Corporation and AI inside have combined RPA and AI-OCR to contribute to solving various corporate challenges.
