Utilizing the predictive forecasting feature, we achieve planned maintenance! If it falls below the preset threshold, an alert is triggered!
At an automobile manufacturer, a rare short circuit occurred due to insulation degradation while using a machining tool for overhauls, nearly causing a fire. It was necessary to take urgent measures to prevent recurrence. Therefore, we introduced our "IRS-500 (main unit)" and "GP4115T2D-IRS (display unit)." To detect signs of degradation at an earlier stage, we utilized the pre-warning function of the display unit, which triggers an alert if the values fall below a pre-set threshold. During equipment downtime, insulation resistance is automatically measured, and the values are checked on the display unit before operation. We received feedback from the customer stating, "Over the years since the introduction, there have been several warnings of insulation degradation, but we were able to take measures before any failures occurred, which was extremely helpful." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
