This sensor is a thermal wind speed sensor that outputs an analog voltage and features a structure capable of detecting wind speed and direction using a bidirectional thermistor.
■Operation Instructions 1. Connect the sensor unit to the amplifier unit. Connect the mini DIN 8P connector. 2. Perform power wiring to the amplifier unit. Connect + to terminal 1 and - to terminal 2. Input the rated voltage. 3. Perform the output wiring. Bidirectional 0 to ±1V DC: Connect ± to terminal 3 and GND to terminal 4. A direction 0 to 5V DC: Connect + to terminal 5 and GND to terminal 4. B direction 0 to 5V DC: Connect + to terminal 6 and GND to terminal 4. 4. Perform ZERO calibration after warm-up is complete. Calibration is done using the ZERO VR. (It is adjusted at the factory, but please perform it if configuration is necessary.) 5. SPAN calibration is based on the calibration coefficient measured with our wind speed generator. (Do not use the SPAN VR unless there are reference values, etc.)

■Precautions 1. Since it is designed for ultra-low wind speeds, applying wind speeds of 2 m/sec or higher may compromise the sensor's performance and could lead to failure. 2. Modifications to the hole diameter of the wind speed measurement port will result in a loss of performance, so please do not make any alterations. 3. The - line of power input 2 and the GND line of 4 are insulated and cannot be used in common. 4. Using in the A-B direction in a vertical orientation is possible for measurement, but it is not covered by performance guarantees. 5. It cannot be used in areas exposed to water or with high levels of dust.
