[Case Study of Bios Hydro SE] NETIS Registration Biodegradable Hydraulic Oil
Countermeasures for hydraulic oil leakage! Introducing a case where we were able to secure orders for specific projects.
Since its founding in 1974, Yamane Construction Co., Ltd. in Hiroshima Prefecture has contributed to the local community by focusing on marine civil engineering using its own marine cranes. We would like to introduce a case where they adopted the biodegradable hydraulic oil "Bioshydro SE." During the operations of the crane vessel, mineral oil was used as the hydraulic oil for the crane. When conducting river construction near residential areas, there was a challenge to demonstrate greater environmental consideration in terms of leakage prevention of the hydraulic oil. After the adoption, they were able to utilize it for projects requiring environmental consideration and could promote themselves as a company that is conscious of environmental issues regarding hydraulic oil, allowing them to differentiate themselves from other companies in terms of environmental considerations. 【Case Summary】 ■ Background - Leakage prevention of hydraulic oil was a challenge. ■ Solution - Adoption of biodegradable hydraulic oil for environmental consideration. ■ Effect - They were able to secure contracts for projects where environmental pollution prevention was a key point. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
