Astro is a caster that can move heavy objects "in any direction as you wish." Its curved movement is delicate and free.
This caster unit allows each of the three casters to rotate independently, enabling curved movements in any direction for maneuverability in tight spaces. The turning structure of the upper and lower units, which incorporates thrust bearings, evenly distributes the load, achieving a permissible load of approximately 1500 kg per unit. As the load capacity increases, the size of the caster also increases, and larger casters result in a larger circular motion during turns, making fine positional adjustments during installation more difficult. Astro has enabled delicate transportation in all directions while withstanding high loads, thanks to its three casters and unit design. It can easily move heavy stage equipment, including machinery, stage trusses, PA systems, and large screens, as desired.
