Ground analysis software 'PLAXIS' *Introduction of slope stability analysis case studies
Create analysis models with simple operations. CAD data can also be imported. Overview and analysis case videos and materials are currently available.
"PLAXIS" is a geotechnical analysis software that supports analysis using the shear strength reduction method and limit equilibrium method. It offers "PLAXIS 2D" for two-dimensional analysis and "PLAXIS 3D" for three-dimensional analysis. In slope stability analysis, it visualizes slope failure through incremental deformation vector diagrams, incremental deformation contour maps, and incremental shear strain contour maps. Additionally, it can handle analyses for excavation support, consolidation settlement due to embankments, pile foundation analysis, impact assessment during tunnel excavation, and seismic response analysis. 【Features】 ■ Can be used for countermeasure planning by calculating safety factors ■ Easy-to-use interface allows for simple creation of analysis models with a CAD-like feel ■ Can import shape data from CAD files ■ Creating mesh data is also straightforward *We are currently sharing a video introducing examples of slope stability analysis! Please scroll down to view it. If you would like a PDF version, it is available for download.
