Thermal roof construction case study: New daycare center

We would like to introduce a case study of the cool tile roof "Thermo Roof," which is eligible for carbon offset, installed at a newly established nursery school. Due to its narrow temperature variation, it has the characteristic of gradual deterioration of the coating. Additionally, because it is hydrophilic, minor dirt can be washed away by rain. In the case of general heat-reflective paints, they work by reflecting sunlight, so if the surface is dirty or the coating has deteriorated, the heat insulation effect is naturally reduced.
