We will introduce the reasons why the unit house "MOBILE SPACE" was chosen and its implementation effects through a case study. The Medical Corporation Ibi-kai has three locations in Saitama Prefecture. With the opening of the Dai 2 Hongō Orthopedic Dermatology Clinic in Ageo City, a pharmacy became necessary. There were concerns that if the construction period for the pharmacy was prolonged, the entire parking lot would be unavailable, causing inconvenience to visitors. However, our product is a unit produced in a factory, which is transported by truck and can be assembled on-site like building blocks. They appreciated the benefits of quick construction, leading to its adoption.
