[Case Study of Steel Rack Implementation] Angle Shelves and Boltless Racks (Osaka Prefecture)
Fixing adjacent pillars with cable ties! Introducing a case that enhances stability.
At the request of Company R, we assembled and installed 8 angle shelves (load capacity of 120kg per unit) and 2 boltless racks (load capacity of 200kg per unit). The installed angle shelves are 1800mm in height. Such tall steel racks inherently carry a risk of tipping over due to their structure. To mitigate this risk, we utilized cable ties, which are often used as wiring materials to bundle multiple cables, to group several units together for installation. This helps minimize the risk of tipping due to earthquakes or collisions. Additionally, our company offers "fixed belts" that allow for the connection of adjacent steel racks using Velcro. 【Case Overview】 ■ Prefecture: Osaka ■ Types - Angle shelves (lightweight steel racks) - Boltless racks (medium-weight steel racks) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
