Using oversized deformed bars as crack-inducing materials! A method to control the location of crack occurrence.
We would like to introduce our 'CCB Method' for controlling the occurrence of shrinkage cracks in reinforced concrete walls. It is possible to guide cracks to the induced joint and prevent cracks from occurring on the wall surface outside the joint area. The features of this method include placing the crack-inducing material and wall reinforcement bars in a straight line as a means to ensure a non-concrete ratio where cracks are desired, as well as using large-diameter deformed bars as the crack-inducing material. 【Features】 ■ Control the occurrence of shrinkage cracks in reinforced concrete walls ■ Guide cracks to the induced joint ■ Prevent cracks from occurring on the wall surface outside the joint area ■ Place crack-inducing material and wall reinforcement bars in a straight line *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
