At Seiei Seisakusho, we handle various environmental devices, including the treatment systems for sterilization gases emitted from sterilization devices, deodorizing systems for odors and components from painting drying ovens and food processing. 〇 Sterilization Exhaust Gas Treatment Device [EOCS Series] This device neutralizes ethylene oxide gas (EOG) and releases it into the atmosphere. It can neutralize EOG gas emitted from sterilizers to a concentration of 1 ppm or less. - Achieves high removal efficiency and energy savings through a unique method! - Heat source can be electric or gas combustion type. - Processing capacity can be designed from a minimum of 100 L/min. 〇 Direct Combustion Deodorizing Device [CH Series] This device oxidizes and decomposes VOCs and odors at high temperatures of 700-800°C. It achieves complete decomposition in a space-saving and cost-effective manner through direct combustion! Effective utilization of waste heat is possible with a heat exchanger. - High decomposition rate through direct combustion (expected value 99%) - Standard equipped with a heat exchanger, recovering about 50% of waste heat. - Custom design available to meet customer needs. Additionally, we offer a catalytic deodorizing device (CT) and a regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) with a heat recovery rate of up to 97%. For more details, please refer to the individual catalogs.
