basic information
■Details of Processing Technology In addition to technologies for processing cutting tools that require particularly high hardness, there are also properties such as release ability, gas barrier, and char suppression effects related to resin molding molds. Various grades are available depending on the application and purpose, such as titanium nitride (TiN) and chromium nitride (CrN). A very high hardness coating with a Vickers hardness of 2000 to 3000 can be obtained. ■Processable Size Approximately 400*400*400 (varies by film type). ■Processing Temperature For PVD process: 100℃ to 500℃ For CVD process: 100℃ to 600℃ (plasma CVD), 500℃ to 1200℃ (thermal CVD) ■Base Material Tool steel, high-speed steel, stainless steel, cemented carbide, etc. ■Cautions (Disadvantages due to processing, etc.) Processing of inner diameters of holes and grooves is difficult. ■Delivery Time (Varies by quantity and size) Approximately 2 weeks.
