Various grades are available depending on the application and purpose, such as titanium nitride (TiN) and chromium nitride (CrN). A very high hardness coating with a Vickers hardness of 2000 to 3000 can be obtained. ■Processable Size Approximately 400*400*400 (varies by film type). ■Processing Temperature For PVD process: 100℃ to 500℃ For CVD process: 100℃ to 600℃ (plasma CVD), 500℃ to 1200℃ (thermal CVD) ■Base Material Tool steel, high-speed steel, stainless steel, cemented carbide, etc. ■Cautions (Disadvantages due to processing, etc.) Processing of inner diameters of holes and grooves is difficult. ■Delivery Time (Varies by quantity and size) Approximately 2 weeks.
