"Ultrafine bubbles (UFB)" are utilized in various fields such as agriculture, fisheries, home appliances, medical care, various industries, and energy-related industries. "Fine bubbles" are classified into two types based on bubble size: micro-sized "microbubbles (Micro-Bubble: MB)" and nano-sized "ultrafine bubbles (Ultrafine-Bubble: UFB)" (previously referred to as "nanobubbles"). These bubbles not only differ in size but also possess various characteristics that are distinct from the millimeter-sized bubbles (millibubbles) commonly seen. Our developed UFB generation device, "Shibata Engine," adopted by major home appliance manufacturers, produces ultra-fine bubbles with a central diameter of 100 nm at high concentrations using a single pass at tap water pressure. It is supplied to various industries, including home appliances, showerheads, and cleaning devices, as well as agriculture and food processing.
