Surface treatment: Self-fluxing alloy thermal spraying (wear resistance, erosion resistance, corrosion resistance)
Self-fluxing alloy thermal spraying (wear resistance, erosion resistance, corrosion resistance)
■Outstanding Features By applying a re-melting treatment after thermal spraying, a glass layer is formed on the surface, resulting in a coating with almost no pores. It exhibits excellent wear resistance, erosion resistance, and corrosion resistance. Additionally, even at high temperatures exceeding 500°C, there is minimal reduction in hardness, allowing for use in environments where plating and similar methods cannot be employed.

basic information
■Details of Processing Technology This is a technology for forming a coating primarily using plasma spraying with powder-like thermal spray materials that contain boron and silicon, mainly alloyed with nickel and cobalt. ■Weight Capacity It is almost possible as long as the size can be transported within the factory. ■Processing Temperature The surface temperature during thermal spraying is around 200°C, but re-melting treatment (fusing) is performed at high temperatures above 1000°C. ■Base Material Processing is possible for almost all metals. ■Cautions (Disadvantages due to Processing, etc.) It is necessary to select an appropriate formulation according to the purpose, usage environment, and usage conditions. Caution is required if re-melting treatment is needed and high dimensional accuracy is demanded. ■Delivery Time (Varies by Quantity and Size) Approximately one week.
