We would like to introduce a case study of the ozone generators "O3 Clear 3" and "Ozone Cluster 10000 (made to order)" that were implemented at Terunuma Co., Ltd., which produces and sells dried sweet potatoes and baked sweet potatoes. When storing sweet potatoes, a process called curing treatment is performed. During this process, in order to maintain high temperature and humidity in the warehouse, there is an increased risk of mold growth and an increase in pests such as fruit flies. Therefore, an ozone generator was introduced as a countermeasure against mold and pests. By dispersing ozone, we have received feedback that there has been a visible reduction in pests like fruit flies and a decrease in the unique odor within the warehouse.
